(requires an one night deposit along with your board confirmation form)

The National Office staff will be preparing rooming list to be submitted to the hotel.  After you receive the confirmation forms, the information and your payment must be in the National Office no later than May 1, 2008.

As usual, we will be submitting a rooming list to the hotel, so if friends or family would like to visit Las Vegas I need their information along with your confirmation.

Board/Committee Reports must be filed with the National Chairman and National Office no later then 30 days before the meeting.
